I am the operational backbone of Humaine. My role sits at the point where strategy becomes delivery, where client relationships meet real-world execution, and where the systems that keep a business moving are built and maintained.

I hold a BCom in Marketing, an Honours degree in Marketing, and an Accounting degree. That combination is not accidental. It means I understand how a campaign is built, why it needs to land with the right audience, and what it costs to get there. I bring both the creative and commercial lens to everything I touch.

For the past three years, I have worked across conceptual strategy, traffic management, and now operations and account management. I run Humaine’s entire agency operating system on Notion, building the databases, workflows, and processes that keep the business organised and moving. I manage client delivery end to end, making sure the right work lands with the right person at the right time. Beyond the operational side, I still actively contribute to strategy, proposals, and content, because staying close to the work makes me a better operator. In a single day I might be architecting a new workflow, routing briefs across the team, or shaping a proposal for a client.

What draws me to working in AI is simple. The tools are changing. The platforms are changing. The way teams operate and create is changing. And I am genuinely curious about all of it. Not from a distance, but from the inside, learning how to use it, apply it, and build better processes around it.

My story is about energy, precision, and the willingness to do the work that holds everything together. Clients want both. Teams need both.
