As an AI strategist, I lead client advisory and the practical deployment of artificial intelligence across marketing teams, leadership groups and corporate organisations, speaking at conferences globally.
My work sits at the intersection of AI strategy, tools, training, ethics and policy. I help businesses understand where AI can improve speed, scale, creativity, productivity and performance, while ensuring that adoption is practical, responsible and aligned with brand reputation.
I have tested more than 100 AI platforms across marketing, sales, content, research, productivity and workflow automation. My role is to separate AI hype from genuine business value, then translate the best tools and techniques into clear, usable workflows for teams and clients.
Before moving deeply into AI strategy and training, I built and led four marketing agencies across strategy, storytelling, social media, creative and digital communications. That gave me more than 25 years of experience across the full marketing mix, and a practical understanding of what works in business, not only in theory.
Beyond my work as an AI strategist, I am also the founder of MySociaLife, a 16-time globally recognised Digital Citizenship Programme that teaches teens and pre-teens how to be safer, smarter and more thoughtful on screens and social platforms.
For the past nine years, I have worked at the intersection of social media, digital policy, technology and young people’s wellbeing. That work led me naturally into artificial intelligence because many of the same patterns are now repeating.
Powerful platforms are moving fast. Education is trying to catch up. Businesses are under pressure to adopt new tools quickly. Policy and governance are still developing. Teams want the benefits, but leaders also need to manage risk, reputation, ethics and trust.
This is why my work focuses on human-centric AI. I help organisations use AI to do more, move faster and improve results, while keeping people, judgement and responsibility at the centre of adoption.
The question I return to with every client is simple:
Can we do more with AI, and can we do better?
I believe we can. For the sake of business performance, brand trust and the next generation, we must.
