Brands and retailers are no longer in charge—the shopper is, and with the latest advancement in AI, I am able to discover, develop, target, focus on, and perform more in the retail space than I could ever have imagined.
I have run retail sales and marketing teams for large global corporates and, over the past 17 years, owned and run retail-based creative agencies across the continent.
